BUCKLEY KALDENBACH INC. CORPORATE OVERVIEW
Buckley & Kaldenbach - A Track Record of Proven Results
Founded in 1998, Buckley & Kaldenbach is a full-service public relations firm with a growing roster of satisfied clients who have retained Buckley & Kaldenbach to promote their products, services and ideas to targeted audiences.
Buckley & Kaldenbach's client base is a diverse one that includes both small and large corporations, trade associations, government agencies, research facilities and entrepreneurs. (All of Buckley & Kaldenbach's services are available in both English and Spanish.) Many of our clients have retained us to advise them in our areas of public relations expertise, including legal advocacy, telecommunications and technology, regulated industries and transportation.
At Buckley & Kaldenbach, we attribute our success to the principles upon which our company was founded. These include:
* Experienced professionals dedicated to each client - Buckley & Kaldenbach makes a commitment to each of our clients that one or both of Buckley & Kaldenbach's principals will be involved in the day-to-day management of their account. We are proud of the accomplishments and abilities of our associates, but we believe the responsibility of teaching and mentoring our associates is ours - not our clients.
* Sensitivity to client costs - Our reasonable rates and fees provide us with the opportunity to work with those clients with whom we feel we can make a difference. Buckley & Kaldenbach is able to keep costs reasonable for our clients because we keep an eye on the bottom line.
* Proactive outreach to our clients - We never stop looking for ways to get our clients' message across. Our clients retain us because they know that we are constantly working to raise their profile.
* We don't make promises we can't keep - We focus on the most productive and cost-effective strategies for our clients. And we are careful not to over-promise results - we will not take on a project unless we are 100% confident that we can deliver.
* Our success is measured by referrals and ongoing business with satisfied clients - At Buckley & Kaldenbach we have learned that the easiest way to generate new business is to keep your current clients happy with your work. By sticking to this principle, our business has grown into the success that it is today. Our revenues increased five-fold over the past year solely through word-of-mouth referrals and client confidence reflected in increased projects.
Buckley & Kaldenbach's principals - Robin Buckley and Isabel Kaldenbach -- bring a combined total of over 30 years of experience in getting the appropriate messages out to the right audience. We have worked on Capitol Hill, for publicly-held corporations, for non-profit organizations and for quasi-governmental organizations.
Buckley & Kaldenbach offers a full range of short- and long-term public relations services in both Spanish and English, including:
* Media Relations -- From organizing a press conference to developing and implementing an overall media strategy, Buckley & Kaldenbach helps craft and deliver critical messages. We understand the impact of corporate communications on a company's stock price, and the needs of nonprofit organizations for proactive and sensitive media campaigns.
* Crisis Communications -- Buckley & Kaldenbach counsels clients on how to handle an immediate crisis and assists them in developing a comprehensive crisis communications strategy.
* Grassroots Outreach -- Buckley & Kaldenbach offers a wide range of experience in leveraging third-party groups to support our clients' efforts in the marketplace, as well as in Congress, state, and local government.
* External and Internal Communications -- From newsletters to speeches, Buckley & Kaldenbach assists clients with ongoing communications to stakeholders, employees, policymakers and other targeted audiences.
* Media Training -- Buckley & Kaldenbach teaches spokespeople how to handle difficult questions from the media as well as preparing talking points for these spokespeople.
Buckley & Kaldenbach's mission is not only to provide public relations counsel, but we also pride ourselves on the design, implementation, and management of our clients' projects from start to finish -- with guaranteed results. In the three years since Buckley & Kaldenbach was founded, our growth has come from referrals by satisfied clients. We look forward to - and are committed to - bringing that same level of service to federal agencies.
